1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Signature Island Experiences website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Signature Island Experiences provides travel planning, excursion booking, airport transfer, and hotel accommodation services in Jamaica. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time without prior notice.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation. Full payment is required before the commencement of any service.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the service are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
5. Changes & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any booked service due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or credit where possible.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet any health, fitness, or age requirements for the activities they book. Customers must arrive on time for all scheduled services. Signature Island Experiences is not liable for missed services due to late arrival.
7. Liability
Signature Island Experiences shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from the use of our services beyond the value of the service purchased. Participation in adventure activities carries inherent risks, which customers accept by booking.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Signature Island Experiences and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
